I got it!!!!!

So, that's the big news... Big change for Taliesen... After YEARS of being a receptionist/front of house/office manager, after years of taking shit from everyone because only INTERNS (who, by the way, don't get paid) are lower on the rung than me, I am FINALLY moving away from the front desk, people!!!!!!
My new job at John Robert Powers Studio is going to be AWESOME!!!!! Twice a year, JRP holds a conference in LA and Las Vegas called iPop. This is a massive conference for which we will audition children to go and meet and audition for agents and casting directors. My main responsibility is going to be organizing iPop... Booking the venue and rooms, airline tickets, etc. As well as that I am going to be heavily involved with the running of the school here in New York. Booking children into the classes, taking payments and responding to all parent inquiries.
I will have business cards and my own office!!!!! MY OWN OFFICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am so excited!!!! Not to mention that I don't start each day till 1 or 2pm, which means each morning I can go to casting calls and auditions... It's perfect!!!!
So celebrate I shall!!!!! And THIS is what that will look like.....
OK... So this is actually us out with our friends Brad and Victor... It's always a FAB-U-LOUS time with those two and this night I was just having so much fun....

Actually.... I think someone spiked my drink!!!!!

Anyway... For now it means we're pretty happy... It's getting closer and closer to Daniel's Birthday, which means us hopefully getting away from the city... And in the meantime there are some great changes under way...
Wish me luck at the new job (I start in two weeks) and know that, as always, Daniel and I send ALL our love.
