The New Life!!!!

WOW!!! Oh my god... SOOOOOOO BUSY!!!!!!!!!!!
So, I'm a Grad Student now!!! It hasn't really sunk in that I'm actually working towards another DEGREE!!! I just thought the other day that in two years I'm actually going to be graduating from College again... this time with a fancy robe thing... A MASTERS DEGREE!!! Huh!!! I'm just so surprised that I auditioned for all these schools but I never actually thought about it as going back to school and getting a Masters Degree... it's kind of exciting...
So, the last three weeks... God... Feels like MONTHS!!!! The school and the program are both FABULOUS!!!! There are ten of us in the Graduate Acting program, 5 women and 5 men, and they are ALL really great people. I am so happy... they are a really supportive, posative and hard-working group. I know that I am going to grow so much from this two years and become SUCH a better performer... and person!!!!
The first two weeks have been really emotional for me, actually, because the beginning of course is all about breaking old, unhelpful habits... both in acting and in ourselves... I mean, BREATHING, for crying out loud!!! And of course, all of our bad habits are based in some emotional base, you know... I mean, if they didn't serve us somehow, usually a coping mechanism or security in some way, we wouldn't hold onto them, right??? So, anyway, for ME the past few weeks have been an eye-opening emotional FLOOD!!! AWESOME!!! I am learning so much!!!!!
Daniel has had an amazing week in LA, also, but he'll write about that when he gets back...
